WHAT IS A TURDUCKEN?
A turducken is a partially deboned turkey stuffed with a partially deboned duck, which is stuffed with a partially deboned chicken, which is stuffed with, well, stuffing. And if that doesn’t sound like nine-tenths of terrific, you may be a vegetarian! Turduckens can come in a few different looks. At Mighty Nice Meats we make traditional turduckens using a free range turkey, premium Australian duck and free range chicken. The stuffing, that’s our own, Mighty Nice Christmas recipe. Presented tied and ready for roasting in the oven or BBQ.
HOW MUCH DO THEY WEIGH?
A Mighty Nice Turducken weighs approximately 5 kilograms and will feed up to 10 people.
