As a general rule of thumb our Mighty Nice butchers recommend:
Australian Christmas Ham
On average, serve ham portions at 250-300g per adult. So, if serving 8 adults, try to buy a Christmas ham that is at least 2.5kg.

As a general rule of thumb our Mighty Nice butchers recommend:
Bone In Pork Roast
On average, serve bone-in roast portions at 250g per person. So, if serving 6 people, try to buy a bone-in roast that is at least 2kg.
Boneless Pork Roast (Boned & Rolled)
On average, serve boneless roast portions at 200g per person. Thefore to serve 8 people, try to buy a roast that is around 1.8kg – 2.2kg.
