WHAT IS A TURDUCKEN?
A turducken is a partially deboned turkey stuffed with a partially deboned duck, which is stuffed with a partially deboned chicken, which is stuffed with, well, stuffing. And if that doesn’t sound like nine-tenths of terrific, you may be a vegetarian! Turduckens can come in a few different looks. At Mighty Nice Meats we make traditional turduckens using a free range turkey, premium Australian duck and free range chicken. The stuffing, that’s our own, Mighty Nice Christmas recipe. Presented tied and ready for roasting in the oven or BBQ.
