Super Quick Creamy Thai Coconut Pork Curry

600 g diced lean pork from Mighty Nice Meats
1 tblsp oil
560 g Thai Coconut Curry stir fry sauce
Toasted flaked almonds for garnish


Heat oil in a large saucepan over a high heat and brown meat well.
Pour the stir fry sauce into the saucepan and simmer over a moderate heat for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice and garnish with toasted almonds and wedges of lime.
